Whether you have a small team requiring a one-off debrief, or a larger organisation needing staged support across multiple departments – I’ll work with you to scope the right level of care.

A support package may include:
  • Group debriefing sessions – Structured sessions to help staff process the event, reduce emotional load, and restore cohesion.
  • 1:1 Staff Sessions – Short, confidential conversations for individuals needing personalised space to talk and reset.
  • Leadership and HR Guidance – Strategic support for decision- makers on how to manage impact, communicate effectively, and move forward with clarity.
  • Tailored Resources – Custom handouts and tools to reinforce resilience in the days and weeks ahead.
  • Referral Options – Clear pathways for follow-up support – either privately or through your organisation’s EAP.

Support packages are flexible — time can be allocated as needed to meet your team’s immediate and longer-term needs.

Investment and Next Steps

Investment starts from $1500 NZD.

This covers a foundational support package (e.g. 6 hours of onsite or remote delivery).  From there we can scale and shape the level of support based on what your team actually needs.
